What is MASLOW Health?

MASLOW Health is a secure tool your clinic can use to send forms, health check-ins, and follow-up tasks outside the office.

I received an email from MASLOW. Is it real?

If your clinic uses MASLOW Health, the email is a legitimate invitation to complete a survey, check in, or access the patient app. If you are unsure, contact your clinic directly.

My login link is not working.

Magic links expire after 72 hours. Go back to app.maslow.health and request a fresh link, or email support@maslow.health if you still cannot get in.

How do I log in?

Visit app.maslow.health, enter your email address, and use the secure magic link sent to your inbox. There is no password to remember.

Is my health information private?

Yes. MASLOW Health is designed for HIPAA-aligned handling of health information. Your information is shared only with your care team and authorized support workflows.

I did not expect this email. What should I do?

If you did not expect the message, you can ignore it. If you think it was sent in error, email support@maslow.health and we will investigate.

Questions about a specific treatment plan, appointment, or clinical advice should still go directly to your clinic or care team. MASLOW support can help with account access and platform issues.
